Job Description
1. Requirements & Analysis
- Elicit, validate, and document business requirements using structured techniques such as interviews, workshops, process mapping, user stories, and walkthroughs.
- Ensure requirements align with true business needs, are approved by stakeholders, and adhere to quality standards.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, models, or process flows that technology teams can execute against.
- Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
- Maintain and update requirements as the project/business evolves.
2. Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships with business partners, technology teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Facilitate discussions and decision‑making (e.g., workshops, reviews, structured walkthroughs).
Support Product Owners and Project teams by providing business context, clarifying requirements.
3. Documentation & Quality Assurance
Produce clear documentation such as BRDs, user stories, process maps, data dictionaries, and traceability matrices.
Ensure documentation meets auditability, traceability, and supportability standards.
Support testing readiness: clarify acceptance criteria, assist with test case review, validate outputs, and participate in UAT.
Core Skills & Competencies
Technical & Analytical
Strong functional/business analysis skills (process modelling, requirements definition, gap analysis).
Data analysis and data interpretation skills.
Experience with BA tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, process‑modeling tools, etc.
Communication & Collaboration
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to present insights clearly and influence stakeholders.
Proven experience navigating cross‑functional teams and managing ambiguity.
Methodological Expertise
Strong knowledge of requirements frameworks, BA standards, and documentation best practices.

10+ years as a Business Analyst
Banking experience
Excellent communication/stakeholder management
Business Side BA
Experience with one of all (Commercial Banking, digital Banking, Or Payments realted LOBS or projects)
