DESCRIPTION:
Join us at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Sales Operations Coordinator II, where you'll contribute to ensuring seamless contract and proposal processes. In this position, you'll provide essential logistical support to drive compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across our operations. Working with advanced scientific solutions and supporting our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer, you'll monitor and process RFPs, manage contract modifications, and maintain accurate data reporting systems. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with teams while handling confidential information and supporting critical business operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales operations or similar role
• Technical certificate may be required for specific positions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with CRM systems and ERP platforms (preferably QAD)
• Strong knowledge of international trade procedures, including export documentation and Incoterms
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-oriented environment
• Professional communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Additional language proficiency preferred (German, French, Spanish, or Italian)
• Fundamental knowledge of pharmaceutical or CRO industry preferred
• Experience with contract administration and proposal processes
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
