Principal responsibilities

Management and Reporting: Run regular forum and publish regular reporting on risk and control such that focusing areas can be highlighted and actioned on timely and run regular forums. Risk Identification and Management: Lead and manage regular review of risk and issue identification, establish remediation plan, register with relevant registry (e.g. HELIOS, MSII) to ensure risks are timely reflected and managed with issues and action plan raised. Remediation: Drive the remediation activities of various controls (e.g. vulnerability patching, resilience drill, etc) with engineering teams. Community of practice: Setup risk and control community with engineering teams to share best practices on control and facilitate timely identification and remediation of risks and issues. Risk and Control Champion: Be the point of contact on behalf of Group AI Platform with relevant governance and control organisations and drive through all preventive and remedial actions as required.
