**Location Description**
Post Consumer Brands corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Minn. is about 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Lakeville has all the benefits of smaller town living with access to everything a large metropolitan area has to offer. **Responsibilities**
PCB is seeking a Senior Associate Brand Manager– Foodservice (SrABM-FS), to join our Business-to-Business (B2B) team to support our Ready-to-Eat (RTE) Cereal, Granola, Hot Cereal, Peanut Butter, and Pet businesses with a primary focus on our Foodservice channel and additional support for our other Non-Retail Channels. PCB is investing for growth within our Non-Retail channels and this new position was created to help support and facilitate growth in these under-indexed channels that are beaming with opportunity.
The SrABM-FS will manage the 4Ps of Marketing (Pricing, Product, Placement, and Promotion) and partner with Sales to support key customer initiatives and presentations to drive growth across the business. We are looking for a self-starter, able to navigate and work collaboratively with a broad cross-functional team, with aspirations to manage additional marketing personnel in the future.
The SrABM-FS will be officed out of Post Consumer Brand’s headquarters in Lakeville, MN, and will be eligible for a hybrid schedule working from the corporate office at least 3 days a week (preferably Tues – Thurs). Travel will be limited to industry events and internal meetings, up to 10%, but likely one trip a quarter. #Lihybrid
**Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
+ **Product**
+ Working with the Foodservice Sales Planning Manager and Commercial Insights/brand teams, analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and gaps for new and/or existing products in the category. Utilize the data to communicate the story of the strength of the category and brand.
+ Act as business lead for Non-Retail within PCBs commercialization process. Develop Charters and participate in Stage Gate process. Work closely with the commercialization cross functional team to successfully bring new items and package formats to market.
+ Responsible for the semi-annual formal SKU Rationalization process for the Foodservice (Non-Retail) Team.
+ **Promotion** :
+ Facilitate the creation of Sales Support Materials with targeted selling propositions utilizing the PCB Studio, our in-house ad agency at your disposal.
+ Lead the Foodservice Digital/Social Media Strategy
+ Manage the PCB Foodservice Website content direction and e-commerce opportunities, including GS1 Compliance.
+ Effectively communicate marketing materials to the sales team and key customers on time and within budget.
+ **Pricing:**
+ Working with Finance and the Foodservice Sales Planning Manager, analyze competitive pricing trends and COGS to maximize profitability while effectively positioning the categories for growth.
+ Develop, implement, monitor, and revise Foodservice product promotional spend to ensure profitable category volume growth.
+ **Placement** :
+ Support the Foodservice Sales Planning Manager with the monthly Forecast by providing updates on promotional activity that would significantly change demand.
+ **Strategy** :
+ Implement and support development of the category strategy, positioning, value proposition and roadmap, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
+ Perform Market Research using 3 rd parties as well as feedback from current and potential operators.
+ Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the category and the industry and provide insights and recommendations to the management and the team.
+ Levers marketplace insights to provide strategic direction for brand growth across all relevant segments
+ Provide Foodservice business inputs for monthly and quarterly business meetings including Product Marketing Review, Executive Commercial Review, Equity & Innovation, Stage gate/Commercialization and Quarterly Business Review.
+ Administer reporting on business performance with Finance, Marketing, and Demand Planning departments to increase organizational knowledge and awareness of the Foodservice channel.
+ Working with the Sr Director Foodservice, and Foodservice Sales Planning Manager, help develop and execute the annual planning strategy process.
**Qualifications**
**Education**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business required
+ MBA preferred
**Required Experience**
+ Minimum of 5 years of foodservice marketing experience in product/brand/category marketing.
+ Proven commercialization experience — including go-to-market strategy, launch execution, and post-launch performance tracking.
+ Demonstrated analytical expertise in leveraging market insights to shape data-informed strategies.
+ Proven ability to lead complex projects from concept to execution, with clear communication to cross-functional stakeholders.
+ Previous Management Experience preferred
