Responsibilities:

Ensure timely submission of new contract booking, addition variation order and compliance with current contract booking, estimating policies & approval matrix.Ensure all projects review and cover in quarterly basis via Conduct Monthly Cost Review meeting and perform necessary cost re-estimation on time.Have ability to work closely with project team to identify the project risk and opportunity.Ensure complete the review and perform dormant contract & NAE on quarterly basis.Ensure timely review and perform contract close out.Perform necessary month end closing activities for job costing and backlog reconciliation.Ensure maintain and update contract booking/completion and estimating policiesLiaise and follow up with Genpact on intercompany / 3rd party on GRNs/Invoice dispute issues.Support for yearly activities -  Stock take / statutory audit / Tax requirementsSupport month-end closing, accounting reconciliation review and ad-hoc or new task assigned.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Project relatedMinimum 3 years related working experience, preferred from multinational companiesKnowledge of long-term contract accounting preferred.Able to work independently with minimal supervision, but also an effective team player.Able to multitask and deliver on tight deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel; good working knowledge of ERP systems.Good written and verbal communication skills; with strong presentation skills, both in English and Bahasa.
