Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Oversee and manage multiple construction projects to ensure timely and within-budget completion. + Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of safety and excellence. + Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations. + Assign and motivate job superintendents and paving foremen for the various projects. Have daily communication to monitor progress, schedule, costs and resources.
