Who we’re looking for:
Toyota’s Demand & Supply Management (DSM) Department is seeking a passionate and highly motivated Senior Analyst – Demand Planning to join our team. We’re looking for a self-starter with strong analytical curiosity, a drive for continuous improvement, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will take initiative, embrace leadership opportunities, and leverage this role to its fullest — shaping how we plan demand and enabling better decisions across Toyota and Lexus.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Senior Analyst in Demand Planning, you will play a critical role in demand sensing and fulfillment. You’ll leverage data-driven insights, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to forecast demand, optimize production schedules, and align with corporate sales and profitability objectives. Your day-to-day will include:

You’ll balance operational discipline with strategic impact, working across the end-to-end supply chain to drive plans and execution that strengthen the company.

Hands-on experience with automotive wholesale, inventory, and retail sales data.Familiarity with vehicle lifecycle management, including product launch and end-of-life planning.Experience with data wrangling (using SQL or tools such as Alteryx) to connect and pull data.Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools for executive-ready reporting.Comfort working with industry research, economic trends, and competitive intelligence.Background in statistical forecasting, machine learning, or advanced demand sensing techniques.Ability to analyze, interpret, and anticipate industry trends (e.g., electrification, supply chain constraints, consumer behavior shifts).What we’ll bring:
