Positions in Risk Management lead the development of credit, operational, enterprise, and fraud policies designed to profitably grow the portfolio, while ensuring excellent customer experience. These policies utilize mathematical models and other techniques to understand and predict customer behavior. At the Analyst level, the employee does not have a people leadership role but is often viewed as an emerging expert in the field. Focuses are on resolution of complex problems, conducting analyses, recommending changes to policies, and establishing procedures that affect immediate organization. How will you make an impact in this role? + Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure. + The successful candidate will serve a key role on the Fraud Servicing Strategy and Capabilities team within Fraud Risk Management. The incumbent will drive change through the development of servicing strategies and capability enhancements with the primary objective of reducing fraud losses while enabling continued billed business. This will require expertise in pulling, analyzing, and concisely summarizing big data. The role will also have multiple cross functional responsibilities requiring cohesive collaboration and communication with colleagues in Fraud Operations, Fraud Strategy, Fraud Capabilities, Global Commercial Services, and Product Development. + Controlling fraud losses while promoting a positive customer experience is a balancing act. Project management with the ability to pivot when necessary is needed to execute deliverables on time. The incumbent will need to be able to define problem statements and keep a customer-focused mindset while conducting E2E case reviews, ultimately translating findings into action plans that reduce fraud while improving customer experience. **Job Responsibilities:** + Develop and support the implementation of fraud risk management strategies including the design of customer communication strategy and Point-of-sale controls + Lead the design and execution of the risk capabilities required to support new process enhancements + Create and review portfolio MIS. Conduct regular case reviews to identify opportunities and drive effective risk strategies + Partner with Decision Science, Fraud Servicing and Operations, Risk Capabilities, and other Risk strategy teams to build effective fraud servicing controls to mitigate losses + Minimum Qualifications + Successful candidate should possess minimum of 1 year of experience in Risk Management in the card industry or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics or related fields. + Preferred Qualifications + Ability to use SQL, Python /MLS or other programming languages to draw insights from big data + Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) + Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills + Highly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills **Qualifications** Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually bonus benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
