The Opportunity This role is part of the People Solutions (HR) Digital Demand & Governance team within the Tech Strategy & Enterprise Solutions pillar of PepsiCo's Strategy & Transformation (S&T) org. The Digital Demand & Governance (DD&G) team for People Solutions ensures that solutions are evaluated against existing HR technologies and coordinated with key functional stakeholders such as: Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Networking & Infrastructure, Legal, Procurement, and other critical teams. The DD&G team manages demand intake and prioritization across the entire People Solutions technology portfolio, working closely with Global Process Owners (GPO) and Tech Product Owners to support new technology assessments, ensure alignment with the global tech strategy, and provide process analysis to identify automation opportunities. This position will own and manage the demand intake and Change Control Board (CCB) process for People Solutions and support the following areas to ensure People Solutions technologies are in compliance with PepsiCo S&T standards: Single-Sign On (SSO), Application Onboarding, Certificates, Support Tickets SLAs (Incidents/Service Requests), Vanity URLs, Whitelisting/Email Safe Sender, Identity Access Management, Information Security Assessments, Legal & AI Governance Reviews, etc. Responsibilities Your Impact As Sector IT Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of : Lead and manage the end-to-end Change Control Board (CCB) process for People Solution technologies, including timely review, evaluation, and approval of People Solutions change requests. Organize and facilitate weekly CCB meetings, including agenda setting, meeting documentation, and follow-ups. Ensure all changes are: Fit-for-purpose and aligned with global HR technology strategy. Compliant with the Enterprise Architecture roadmap. Evaluated for cross-Global Process Owners impacts and automation opportunities. Drive automation efforts to improve process efficiency and reduce manual tasks. Maintain and manage ServiceNow user groups and tickets to ensure proper access, permission controls and support are received within SLAs. Collaborate with Technology Leads, System Architects, and other teams to support and ensure People Solutions technologies and projects are desirable, viable, scalable, and sustainable within PepsiCo S&T governance and compliance standards. Qualifications Minimum of bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or having equivalent work experience. 3-5 Years of IT Experience. Technical Skills: Strong documentation and project management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft O365 tool set (SharePoint, Teams, Azure DevOps, PowerApps, etc.). Experience in data flow diagrams. Familiarity with technology project lifecycle, deployment, and change management processes. Experience in ServiceNow or SAP SuccessFactors (preferred). Non-Technical Skills: Ability to strategically think, learn new technologies and process information quickly. Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines and processes. High degree of initiative, self-motivation, and creativity and experience providing roadmap and tactical leadership. Good understanding of HR and IT technologies. Ability to prioritize own work under general supervision in a fast-paced dynamic global team environment. Clear, strong, and proactive communication skills. Comfortable working with cross functional teams such as: IT, HR, and global business teams. Provides outstanding customer service skills to various project stakeholders and technology owners.
