Its main purpose is to provide a comprehensive financial variance analysis for actual & planning reporting activities for the Raw materials as the most robust part of our COGS structure. As main Business Partner to the Product Costing Finance & Company Procurement streams you will understand the overall commodity and other financial drivers within delegated category. You will perform independent and detailed finance work, transactions and data structuring under the guidance of the Finance Manager (or Director). You will collect data, be responsible for maintaining information integrity, monitor reconciliations and conduct basic checks and controls. **How you will contribute** You will: + Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modelling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will also execute data collection and data integrity checks + Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies + Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Senior Finance Manager (or Director) + Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement + Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of your Finance peers **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in: + University degree or equivalent + 3+ years working in FP&A, finance, and/or controlling of a large multi-national company or Big 4 Company + Understanding of basics of costing processes and cost allocation + Ability to work with multiple, diverse & very senior stakeholders (Risk Managers, Category finance, Procurement, Prod Costing) + Proven track record of self-management and time-management + Action oriented to learn quickly in a dynamic environment, dealing with challenges of high-pressured working culture **More about this role** We pride ourselves on having a high performing and collaborative culture where we support your career and development.
