Join us to innovate for impact and reimagine the future of health and nutrition for patients and consumers. **Position Summary:** Under the strategic direction of the Finance Director, the Sr. Financial Analyst is a key member of the Nestlé Health Science Sales Finance Team, acting as a Co-Pilot to the Specialty brands portfolio. This role partners closely with Brand, Brand Finance, and Customer Strategy teams to drive profitable growth, providing financial leadership across Budgeting, Forecasting, Actuals, and setting Trade Promotional Spend targets. The Sr. Financial Analyst supports brand-level decision-making for Gross to Net, evaluating promotional ROI, identifying productivity opportunities, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. This role also owns the Gross to Net P&L for assigned Specialty brands and collaborates cross-functionally to drive margin enhancement and operational excellence. Strong financial modeling capabilities and proficiency in Excel are essential for success in this highly visible and impactful role. This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate’s geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, New Jersey/Tri-State area, Chicago, Illinois, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and/or within the Long Island, New York areas. **Responsibilities:** + Deliver GPS, NNS, and Gross-to-Net contribution targets for Specialty Brands + Lead brand-level financial reporting and analysis for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes + Partner with Brand, Customer Strategy, and Customer Finance teams to drive profitable trade investment decisions and optimize spend + Develop, consolidate, and analyze brand financial plans, forecasts, and long-term strategic outlooks + Monitor and manage Gross-to-Net drivers, identifying and mitigating financial impacts of non-working trade (e.g., returns, post audits, unauthorized/authorized deductions) + Support implementation of Trade Management Guidelines and compliance processes across Specialty Brands + Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing sustainable processes for forecasting, planning, and trade management + Provide analytics, financial modeling, and scenario planning in support of brand initiatives and cross-functional projects + Leverage systems such as Oracle, SAP, Osprey, Hyperion, Tableau, Admin Tool, and other available platforms to analyze data and generate actionable insights + Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ROI analysis, promotional effectiveness, and trade optimization to ensure efficient use of investment + Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and support special projects as needed **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business/Accounting + 3+ years of Financial Planning Analysis, Sales Finance and/or Customer Finance + Advanced Excel modeling skills + Strong analytical skills + Strong ability to interpret data, identify and communicate potential opportunities and risks + Strong interpersonal skills and capability to contribute to a fast-paced team environment + Proficiency with Windows, Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite + Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, and Tableau knowledge a plus + Solid understanding of accounting principles (accruals, prepaid accounts, etc.) **Skills:** + Ability to sift through and analyze data and present insights in a concise and structured manner + Excellent organization and time management skills + Flexible and able to prioritize multiple projects in order to meet deadlines + Possess a sense of urgency to drive business results + Effective verbal and written communication skills + Effective communication and ability to influence others to get results or develop solutions + Positive and continuous improvement attitude and strong work ethic + Exhibit positive attitude regarding work and responsibilities The approximate pay range for this position is $85,000- $105,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
