Job overview and responsibilities
To provide advanced analytical support to scheduling, staging and production flow activities for engine repairs/overhauls.  Ensure initiatives are tracked to completion on time and within TAT.  Prioritize WIP to meet shop demand signals and monitor scheduling activities and production status on a daily basis.  Initiate corrective and preventive action based on analysis of root cause, when production status or schedules deviate from operational goals.  

Monitor scheduling activities and production status on a daily basis assuring efficient flow of all repairs 
lots to maximize productivity and output to meet customer expectationsProvide support by developing reports to identify non-productive inventory and follow process to remove excess inventory from WIPProvide solutions, status and result of analysis, problem solving and reporting on performance against planProvide guidance and support to MPA’s/business analyst

 

 

 

QualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experienceAviation, Finance, Supply Chain, Enginering, or similar degree areas3+ year’s maintenance production planning experience3+ year’s business analyst experienceMaintain prioritization and flow reports for production supervisors/leadsDevelop standard reports/processes to ensure on-time delivery and within budgetMonitor Engine induction/production planEngine maintenance and component planningMS Access and Excel requiredExperience building SQL queries and using data visualization software such as PowerBi, Tableau, etcExcellent knowledge of UA EMS system Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalIdentify opportunities and take action to build strategic relationships between one’s area and other areas, teams, departments, units, or organizations to help achieve business goalsIdentify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions; using effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; taking action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequencesMaintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment, adjusting effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or culturesMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

 

 


The base pay range for this role is $79,800.00 to $103,966.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
