POSITION SUMMARY: The Asset Management Sr Analyst, EAM is responsible for gathering, streamlining, standardizing, and documenting processes and the data that support the corporate Fleet & Asset Management department. \u00A0The Asset Management Sr Analyst, EAM collaborates with subject matter experts in the field to break down complex problems, identify areas of improvement, align responsibilities, and document step-by-step procedures, ultimately providing solutions to challenges faced in managing the Company\u2019s assets.\u00A0 The Asset Management Sr Analyst plays a critical role in the strategic execution of their designated space Company-wide, assisting with all functions related to planning, reporting, analysis, and identification of opportunities.\u00A0 This role relies heavily on analytical skills to evaluate complex information, formulate insights, and develop sound recommendations to support the management of assets, inventory, work orders, planning & scheduling, warranty, vendor management, master data management and reporting & analytics.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:\u00A0

Standardizes, audits, queries, and cleanses EAM system data and develops governance processes to maintain data cleanliness.Identifies opportunities to automate, centralize, and simplify processes, including improvements through technology or system-related enhancements.Collaborates with IT, vendors, and other functional departments to implement process improvements.Discovers and documents existing operational processes and insights from the field and corporate office.Engages leaders and the field to translate complex processes into easily understood components, uncovers best practices, and develops consistent standard operating procedures.Reviews and tracks key operational and financial metrics.Builds reports and other tools to track key operational and financial metrics.Develops quality training content and manages rollout of new or adjusted processes to the field.Develops and completes system and dashboard test scripts.Designs and updates Fleet & Asset Management process documentation.Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

QUALIFICATIONS:\u00A0

Strategic thinking, strong interpersonal and top-end analytical skills.Results-focused and time management skills, able to prioritize milestones, while leading internal and external resources to meet project goals.SQL or MSFT Power BI proficiency preferred.Experience administering systems and system enhancements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\u00A0

Minimum 4 years of experience developing and documenting processes, process steps, and standard operating procedures.Experience managing project deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.Intermediate proficiency in MS Office suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

-This role is hybrid at our HQ office in Phoenix, AZ. Our hybrid schedule is 4 days onsite (Mondays required onsite) and 1 day per week remote. Core working hours are 9am-4pm.

The Republic Services Polymer Center is the nation\u2019s first integrated plastics recycling facility. This innovative site processes rigid plastics from our recycling centers, producing recycled materials that promote true bottle-to-bottle circularity. We also formed Blue Polymers, a joint venture with Ravago, to develop facilities that will further process plastic material from our Polymer Centers to help meet the growing demand for sustainable packaging. We are building a network of Polymer Centers and Blue Polymer facilities across North America.

We continue to advance decarbonization at our landfills. As demand for renewable energy continues to grow, we have 70 landfill gas-to-energy projects in operation and plan to expand our portfolio to 115 projects by 2028.
