Job Summary:

This job utilizes your Treasury experience to perform and improve Treasury FX activities, which include FX pricing/trading, exposure management, data analytics, forecasting, driving operational efficiencies and FX related product support. You will be expected to run projects independently while collaborating with peers within Treasury and other business units. Additionally, you will support FX policy development and compliance, engage in data analysis to support product and reporting needs.

Essential Responsibilities:

Perform daily cash management and forecasting activities to ensure operational liquidityMonitor and manage cash positions to optimize investment opportunitiesReview global bank account balances to support global Treasury and PayPal Business Units liquidity requirementsSupport updates/enhancements to systems and processesDevelop and support Treasury policies, procedures, and controlsMonitor FX exposures; manage and execute daily FX trades including derivatives hedging with bank counterpartiesPrepare data reports in support of monthly and quarterly controlsAssist with execution of Transformation initiativesIdentify and recommend process improvements for area of responsibilityDesign and implement dashboard-based analytics platform and tools

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification:

Degree in Finance or Accounting, Mathematics, or another Quantitative FieldBusiness intelligence or system analyst experience to demonstrate the ability to perform data analysis and research. Experience and familiarity with handling large data sets; prior experience in using Tableau, SQL and Python coding is desirable Robust system, data flow knowledge and ability to translate them to product flow Addressing business problems by translating them into structured analyses, synthesizing data from multiple sources, and delivering solutions Collaborative, highly analytical individual and initiative-taker who excels at learning new processes and business functions  Experience in FX operations at a global financial institution will be an advantage Broad Treasury background preferred. Experience at Payment Network will be a plusExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Strong analytical and project management skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment 

Technology Proficiencies 

Python, Tableau, and SQL superuserProficiency in Microsoft Office Excel (including VBA) will be advantageous.
