Sr Analyst, Sales Strategy
Job Description The Sr. Sales Strategy Analyst plays a key role in driving company-wide revenue growth initiatives through data-driven insights, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration. This position combines strategic analysis with hands-on process management, helping to design and scale sales strategies across the U.S. and Canada. The ideal candidate is a versatile generalist analyst—someone equally comfortable analyzing data in SQL and Tableau, collaborating with field teams, managing projects, and continuously improving business processes. Key Responsibilities • Manage and track the project pipeline for high-value projects (>$500M), ensuring accuracy, visibility, and data consistency. • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with field teams to review project statuses, update information, and identify discrepancies. • Maintain and continuously improve existing analytical workflows to enhance efficiency and automation. • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and SQL queries to support reporting and analytics needs. • Assist in the transition of manual reporting processes into Sigma for improved automation and collaboration. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and partner with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. • Organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Skills and Requirements Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in an analytical or business intelligence role (2–3 years acceptable with Sigma experience). • Proficiency in SQL and demonstrated ability to build Tableau dashboards from the ground up. • Advanced Excel skills • Strong project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
