Your role at Baxter:
Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary areas for the achievement of launches of New Products of National Production or Imported in Mexico Cluster: Medicines, Devices and/or Medical Equipment.
Implementation activities are carried out to comply with the current registration conditions of the countries where the launches will be carried out.
What you’ll be doing:
Prepare implementation plans for each project (Gantt) according to applicable Standard Operating Procedures. Involve the corresponding areas with the support and leadership of the Marketing Manager or designer of the Business Unit (BU) regarding the product being launched.
Coordinate kick-off meetings for the launch of new products with all areas involved in the process, led by the Marketing Managers of the product.
Monitor the launch process and coordinate with the involved areas to complete activities on agreed dates, using the tools and processes established by Baxter.
Apply corrective plans when necessary to ensure compliance with the launch according to established dates.
Document all new product launch projects through Baxter systems. For regulatory and/or quality issues, use the Change Control tool and/or FMEA to achieve implementation and commercialization.
Generate finished product and raw material code registrations in Baxter systems: JDE, SQLM, POMS, and TCU, as applicable.
Design the printed materials of the product according to the current registration conditions of the corresponding country.
Generate specifications for printed materials for receipt in the plant, ensuring the registration of part numbers and/or obsolescence in the TCU, JDE, SQLM, and POMS systems.
Generate Bills of Materials, Product Control Specifications, and/or update PNOs to be received at the plant, conditioned, and released for marketing in the countries of the Mexico Cluster as applicable.
Ensure that product designs meet conditions approved by regulatory authorities, and final designs are approved by Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and the Marketing Analyst.
Review draft labels that are going to be submitted to the regulatory authorities when applicable.
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
3+ years of experience in Project Management within medical devices/healthcare companies.
Knowledge in Quality Systems, Mexican Standards, ISO 9001, Corel Draw, Office, Microsoft Project
