Raytheon is seeking a successful candidate to support Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) to include Equipment and Material. You will also support Depot Maintenance, Spares, and Supply Chain Management activities as needed. You will be key in review of Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and RTX contracts / proposals requirements and influencing a consistent and holistic approach to management of Government and customer property.
What You Will Do
Ensure GFP contractual requirements are understood, stated in program documentation, and executed accordingly.
Register unique item identification and interface with internal and external government property databases.
Collaborate with teams to ensure government property contractual obligations are fulfilled and that government property inventories and statuses are accurate and up to date.
Notify Receiving, Incoming Inspection and Property Administration of any GFP requiring any special routing, inspection or documentation requirements. Facilitate and ensure delivery of GFP to applicable facilities and sites.
Facilitate property transfer and contract close-out activities as they pertain to GFP to ensure timely and efficient disposition of assets.
Prepare data for presentation at internal and external management reviews.
Management of Prism inventory transactions to support Depot Operations.
Work with the Logistics organization to ensure all incoming/outgoing shipments are tracked and work to gain efficiency within the logistics chain.
Develop and maintain logistics metrics to allow the Program Office to make informed decisions.
Responsible for all program logistics, including but not limited to ensuring all program material efficiently moves through the logistics chain, both inbound and outbound.
Develop or leverage best practices to ensure timely movement of material through the logistics chain.
Regular interface and alignment with inter-program logistics organizations.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in Warehouse Operations

Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with SAP (APEX, PRISM)
Experience using Government reporting systems i.e. WAWF, PIEE.
Ability to drive a variety of forklifts

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
