This position will be responsible for overseeing Revenue Accounting and Rebates, playing a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. A high level of independence is essential, as the role requires working autonomously and managing complex tasks with minimal supervision.
How´ll make an impact:
Analyze and interpret complex accounting results for inventory related to sales, including intercompany profit elimination reporting and allocation claims, analyzing inventory obsolescence and write-offs by working with Supply Chain and other stakeholders, maintaining transfer prices in JDE. Provide insights and make recommendations regarding possible course corrections.
Perform complex tax calculations relating to 3rd party sales, including monthly split accounting for taxable and non-taxable profits for corporate tax calculation as well as legal P/L for transfer pricing purpose.
Maintain oversight of sales including reviewing sales reconciliation and Balance sheet commentary. Perform sales royalty calculation.
Responsible for ensuring proper internal controls are designed and are in place which includes maintaining updated SOX and internal control documentation (e.g. sales, inventory, fixed assets) and coordinating statutory and internal audit.
Responsible for balance sheet reconciliations for Inventory and other assigned areas.
Other incidental duties.
What you´ll need (Required):
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or related fields and 5 years of experience previous related experience.

Accounting and costing experience.
Auditing, tax, forecasting, or expense analysis experienced.
Experience working in a Shared Service environment.
Proven expertise in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel and related financial systems; ERP (e.g., JDE, Oracle, SP) experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Intermediate Portuguese level preferred.
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills
Substantial understanding of international accounting principles (e.g., U.S GAAP, IFRS), local GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
Substantial knowledge of financial concepts and principles.
Strict attention to detail.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.
