We are seeking a Work Management Sr. Advisor to support and sustain the Work Management Processes and Systems in Power Operations.

If you understand renewables field operations, work execution processes, and have specialized knowledge of Maximo and associated data objects, we'd love to hear from you!

What You Will Do:

Provide daily work direction to Analysts and Advisors as needed.Offer front-line support for systems and work execution support for field operations.Communicate directly with necessary business groups and services throughout the organization to sustain system functionality, business processes, and execution.Engage directly with necessary business services throughout the organization to sustain system and business expectations, system functionality, and organizational goals.Interact with all clients vital to achieve interpersonal goals by delivering business solutions, identifying the critical path of completion, and minimizing organizational risk.

Who You Are:

You have a related university degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical) from an accredited university with appropriate specialization.You possess data science, analytical, and reporting skills. You have 7+ years of experience or nine-plus years of previous field operations experience, or an equivalent mix of formal education and experience.You have enhanced digital literacy, including spreadsheets, SQL Queries, Power BI, and word processing.You hold a valid passport and a valid driver’s license, which will be verified with a motor vehicle check prior to hire.
