Short Description
Will act as a Senior Advisor in support of Cooper’s organizational strategies and priorities and will assume new duties as assigned. Will hold strategic and operational support responsibility for several key institute high priority objectives
Strategic Priority Management: Support tracking and execution of institute wide strategic objectives, ensuring alignment across all service line priorities.Project Plan Development: Draft and coordinate project plans for new and expanded strategic initiatives in partnership with both administrative and clinical leaders.Program Development: Manage planning, stakeholder engagement, and resource alignment for major initiatives in collaboration with institute leaders and operational partners outside the institutes.Partnership Management: Provide support and coordination for joint ventures and external partnerships, ensuring commitments and deliverables are met.Executive Support: Serve as a direct strategic resource for the SVP, enabling focus on high-level leadership, external relationships, and performance oversight.
