Key Responsibilities + Manage and lead a team of Technical Product Owners + Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and prioritize technical requirements + Oversee the development of technical specifications and ensure their alignment with the product strategy + Provide mentorship and guidance to Technical Product Owners + Work closely with the Sr + Technical Product Owner Manager to implement and improve product management processes + Actively participate in strategic planning and execution YOU MUST HAVE + 5+ years of experience in a Technical Product Owner management role or similar technical leadership position + Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes + Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile principles + Proven track record of successfully managing technical teams WE VALUE + Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or another related field. + Certifications in product management or agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner). + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders + Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment + Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capability Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
