Sr Advanced Quality Engineer
In this role, you will impact the quality assurance processes by implementing advanced quality methodologies and tools, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and trust in our products. Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** • Lead quality engineering initiatives, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. • Develop and implement advanced quality assurance strategies and processes to enhance product quality. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to identify and resolve quality issues. • Oversee quality assurance activities throughout the product lifecycle, including design, development, and manufacturing. • Create and maintain documentation related to quality standards, procedures, and specifications. • Perform risk assessments and evaluations to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards. **YOU MUST HAVE** • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Quality, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in quality engineering or related roles. • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies. • Experience with statistical analysis tools and techniques. • Proficient in using statistical process control (SPC), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and design of experiments (DOE). **WE VALUE** • Advanced degree in Engineering or Quality Management. • Certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive quality improvement initiatives. • Passion for continuous improvement and innovation in quality processes. • Experience in consumer electronics, automotive, or industrial hardware. • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and testing. • Passion for innovation and mentoring engineering talent. • Ensure designs meet regulatory standards (e.g., IEC, UL, RoHS).
