RESPONSABILITIES + Lead quality assurance initiatives to enhance customer service processes and outcomes. + Develop and implement advanced quality metrics and performance indicators to monitor service quality. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality enhancements. + Lead root cause analysis (RCCAs) of defective material, and reply customer complaints. + Lead recurrent communication meetings with internal and external customers. + Expose the results of the RCCAs. + Lead gemba walks to identify improvement opportunities and/or root causes. + Guide customers, if needed, on RMAs (Return Material Authorization) process. YOU MUST HAVE + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics. + Master degree is a plus + 6+ years of experience in quality engineering or customer service quality management. + Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. + Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, Shainin, and root cause analysis. + Advanced english. Written and verbal. Test will be made WE VALUE + Advanced degree in Engineering or Quality Management. + Experience in electronic manufacturing industry. + Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire a team. + Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software. + Ability to drive change and lead quality improvement initiatives. + Minitab usage is a plus.
