**Role Overview:** As a Sr Advanced Data Analyst at Honeywell's VECE COE, you'll support Value Engineering & Component Engineering (VECE) COE initiatives by translating business requirements into technical solutions. You'll work with Data Visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI), Programming (e.g. Python), ETL/SQL (e.g. Azure) & Low-Code Applications (e.g. Mendix, Appian, Retool) to drive operational efficiency and innovation. **Key Responsibilities:** + Understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions. + Assess and solve business problems to enable VECE Leadership & VECE Ideation and Execution. + Design and build solutions using tools like DataViz software and Low-Code software. + Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization. + Provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions. + Proficiency in data visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau. + Programming skills in Python or other OOP languages. + Experience with Azure ecosystem is preferred. + Experience with low-code apps like Mendix or Retool. + Knowledge of BI tools and databases. **Preferred:** + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. + Strong communication and collaboration skills. **YOU MUST HAVE** + 5+ years of experience in data analytics + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights + Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, etc.) + Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.) **WE VALUE** + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, etc.) + Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively influence and coach others + Proven track record of driving data-driven decision-making and delivering measurable business results + Experience in supply chain analytics or related field + Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques (e.g., machine learning, predictive modeling, etc.) + Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
