Report out to regional stakeholders, work closely with the global team. + Proactively manage and respond to customer questions, issues. + Maintain strong case documentation and follow up with A360 Performance Managers to ensure that technical recommendations effectively resolve customer issues. + Support A360 Performance Managers to enable remote solutions at customer sites making sure the PSC value is consistently demonstrated with each deliverable. + Keep technically current with the broad HPS product/systems portfolio, while maintaining expert knowledge on the TPS-Experion-DCS product line.
