The ideal candidate will take full ownership of customer engagement across both existing and prospective accounts. This includes developing a deep understanding of customer needs and business drivers to effectively position Honeywell’s solutions. You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic sales and growth plans aligned with broader business objectives, while consistently delivering value through technical expertise and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Drive the growth of Honeywell’s Building Management Systems (BMS) & Trade —including Control & Manual Valves, Actuators, Thermostats, and Global Field Devices —across Morocco and Franco Africa.
+ Lead commercial activities through a network of distributors and project partners, leveraging deep market expertise in BMS and control solutions.
+ Establish and nurture strategic relationships with distributors, partners, electrical contractors, consultants, and key customer accounts to ensure long-term business success.
+ Proactively monitor sales performance, negotiate contracts, and implement initiatives to maximize revenue in alignment with predefined business targets.
+ Conduct competitive analysis and coordinate responsive strategies in collaboration with the Africa Business Leader.
+ Continuously assess market dynamics, customer needs, and product positioning to inform pricing, service offerings, and go-to-market strategies.
We value:
+ Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field.
+ 5–7 years of proven experience in Account Management, with a strong focus on BMS and Control/Manual Valves.
+ Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
+ Fluency in French and English is essential.
+ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships with agility and professionalism.
+ Strong team collaboration skills, with a proactive and self-driven approach to achieving goals.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
