Sr Account Manager
**Key Responsibilities** + **Lead strategic account growth** by managing regional key accounts, conducting in-depth diagnostics, and aligning client needs with automation solutions (e.g., DCS/ SIS/GDS/PLC/ SCADA/ Advance software…). + **Negotiate and close high-value contracts** , ensuring alignment with client budgets and company objectives. + **Build and maintain multi-level relationships** , acting as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders. + **Collaborate cross-functionally** with Sales Enablement, Product, R&D, and Service teams to support portfolio selling and business expansion. **You Must Have** + **Education & Technical Background:** Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Control Engineering, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Strong familiarity with industrial automation systems (e.g., DCS/ SIS/GDS/PLC/ SCADA/ Advance software…) is required. + **Industry Expertise** : Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management within coal chemical, oil & petrochemical, or metallurgical industries. Proven success in closing complex B2B deals, with experience in consultative selling and managing long sales cycles. + **Relationship Management** : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
