Sr Account Manager
As a Sr Account Manager at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s strategic growth and success—particularly within the paper, battery, and film manufacturing industries. Your leadership and expertise in managing key accounts will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and deliver innovative solutions tailored to the evolving needs of these sectors. You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you’ll work out of our Seoul location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, your impact will be transformative. Your strategic vision and leadership will drive revenue growth, expand our market presence in key industrial segments, and strengthen customer relationships. By effectively managing strategic accounts and collaborating across teams, you will position Honeywell for long-term success and reinforce its reputation as a trusted partner in the manufacturing industry. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** Lead and oversee the strategic account management function, driving the development and execution of account plans focused on paper, battery, and film manufacturing customers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing innovative, industry-specific solutions. Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added offerings that support customer growth and operational excellence. **YOU MUST HAVE** Minimum of 8+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. **WE VALUE** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
