Sr Account Manager
As a **Senior Account Manager** in the here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving the company's strategic growth and success. Your leadership and expertise in managing key accounts will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and provide innovative solutions to meet their evolving needs. You will report directly to our **Sales Manager of Export sales team,** and you’ll work out of our **Seoul, IA** location on a **Hybrid** work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company by driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer relationships. Your strategic experience and strengths will position the company for long-term success and establish it as a leader in the industry. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Drive sales of Honeywell’s Fire Alarm System (FAS) and related devices including VESDA, Fire & Gas detectors in the EPC and Marine industries to customers. + Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve annual sales targets. + Lead and oversee the strategic account management function, driving the development and execution of strategic account plans. + Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing innovative solutions. + Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions. + Perform other general sales duties effectively. **YOU MUST HAVE** + Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Fire Alarm System or related item sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth. + Strong communication skills in both English and Korean. + Leadership and organization skills to lead a FAS pursuit team. + Excellent negotiation capability between internal teams and external clients. + Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. + Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. + Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. + Knowledge and experience with FAS, VESDA, Fire & Gas detectors and related items + Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. + Strong business acumen and understanding of EPC and Marine market dynamics. + Ability to effectively manage strategic accounts and navigate complex sales cycles. + Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. **ABOUT HONEYWELL** Honeywell International Inc.
