Description A boutique, San Francisco-based wealth advisory firm is seeking a highly capable Client Service Associate to join its growing team. This firm specializes in building and managing bespoke single-family office platforms for a select group of ultra-high-net-worth individuals, including founders, elite investors, and multi-generational families. The firm integrates wealth strategy, investment management, financial operations, and family office services into a cohesive and customized offering. Key Responsibilities + Own the end-to-end client experience across onboarding, investment subscriptions/redemptions, money movements, and reporting. + Coordinate operational workflows including wires, funding requests, and tax-related documentation. + Liaise with external service providers and internal teams to ensure seamless execution. + Support philanthropic operations for client-run foundations. + Review and approve investment performance reports. + Maintain CRM systems and organize client documentation for intuitive team access. + Partner with senior client service leaders to drive strategic initiatives and client engagement. Requirements Qualifications + 3–5+ years of experience in client service within a family office, RIA, or UHNW environment. + Strong communication skills with high-net-worth individuals and their professional networks. + Familiarity with tools such as Addepar (preferred), Salesforce, and Asana. + Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-touch environment. + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
