We will count on you to:

As the Squad Lead, you will effectively operate as a Scrum Master enabling self-organizing teams, within a scaled Delivery Team, guided by the Marsh McLennan scaling model. You will ensure the team embodies Agile values and adheres to agreed-upon processes. You will support the squad in delivering valuable business and product outcomes while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. 

Guide the squads in the delivery of value-based business and product outcomes. Facilitate events as per the Agile @ Scaled model (e.g., Sync, Planning, Refinement, Review, Retrospectives). Ensure accountability for roles, responsibilities, and delivery goals within each squad. Support a business agility and product mindset. Mitigate and escalate risks and impediments. Establish an environment where the squad can be effective and self-organizing. Address squad dynamics and foster a continuous improvement, lean mindset. Measure delivery and product performance, user engagement, and overall success in achieving business outcomes. Collaborate with the Team Manager on people development, growth, motivation and challenges encountered. Facilitate stakeholder engagement across  

What you need to have:

A minimum of two years of experience as a Scrum Master or Squad Lead with strong facilitation skills. Relevant Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), IC Agile ICP (Agile Fundamentals), and IC Agile ICP-BAF (Business Agility Foundations). Proven experience working in Agile environments, with a background as a Scrum Master or in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices. Strong stakeholder engagement across operations, delivery, and architecture. Ability to adapt to changing environments and work with diverse teams and leadership, demonstrating resilience and a proactive approach to challenges. Experience with Agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
