We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Squad Intern in Roche Pharma Hungary.

You will contribute to the empowerment and education of healthcare professionals via supporting the development, deployment & adoption of our digital and omnichannel engagement solutions - mostly focusing on internal technical enablement.

Your purpose and day to day responsibilities are:

As a Squad Intern your role is to support the squad’s marketing and operational efforts. You are responsible for supporting the team with the following activities: 

Collaborate with the Squad Lead to support reporting of omnichannel and digital marketing activities 

Help squad members with various operational tasks (e.g. reporting, data analytics)

Support operational preparation of the squad’s digital marketing materials (eg. newsletters) and deployment of omnichannel campaigns

We are looking for someone who is self motivated, really passionate about his or her job and understands that providing a high-quality service is crucial for the organization. As an ideal team member you are open-minded, dedicated to make a difference and open to constant development. Furthermore, you have:

Ongoing full-time Hungarian university studies

Proactivity and ownership

High level of digital literacy (knowledge of software applications), ability to quickly grasp new software applications

Strong command of MS Excel / Google Sheets, e.g. you can routinely work with large Excel files (over 10.000 rows), merge and transform data (vlookup, pivot) and create dashboards/charts

Strong critical thinking skills, ability to challenge the status quo even in front of more experienced colleagues

Combination of Intermediate English skills and native Hungarian language skills are preferred

Ability to work 20 hours per week, with preferably a year commitment
