Work You'll Do + Lead the deployment and integration of the SQORE data obfuscation and security tool organization wide. + Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the SQORE tool, ensuring peak performance and reliability. + Develop and execute comprehensive data obfuscation strategies to protect sensitive data assets. + Ensure strict adherence to data privacy regulations and internal security policies. + Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to proactively identify and address security vulnerabilities. + Partner with IT, legal, and compliance teams to align data security initiatives with organizational objectives. + Provide training and ongoing support to staff on SQORE tool usage and data security best practices. + Serve as the primary contact for SQORE-related issues, troubleshooting, and inquiries. + Maintain detailed documentation of data obfuscation processes and implemented security controls. + Generate and present regular reports on data security status, obfuscation efforts, and risk mitigation to senior management. + Act as the primary technical point of contact and coordinate with government stakeholders. + Support program planning, analysis, and management of cost, schedule, and performance. Qualifications Required: + Bachelor's degree. + Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. + Ability to travel 10-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve + 2+ years of experience supporting and implementing SQORE. + 5 + years of experience in an Agile team structure. + 10 + years of experience in Federal Consulting and/ or professional services. + Ability to work fully onsite at the client's designated location - Portland, OR. Preferred: + Advanced proficiency in designing and managing secure data environments. + Expert-level skills in implementing data masking and obfuscation techniques. + Mastery in structuring and modeling data to support security and privacy requirements. + Deep knowledge of data privacy laws, security frameworks, and compliance standards.
