Job DescriptionSupplier Quality Assurance: Introduce and maintain measures to ensure the quality of supplied parts and services, and develop organizational skills and competencies.Continuous Improvement: Support improvement processes through internal audits, on-site assessments, benchmarking, and best practice sharing.Supplier Management: Track quality deviations, enforce root cause analysis, and implement countermeasures to meet quality requirements.Strategy Implementation: Implement preferred supplier and component strategies, lead supplier improvement programs, and align targets with business and quality goals.Data and KPI Management: Collect and evaluate supplier quality KPIs, issue performance reports, and track target fulfillment and quality-related costs.Compliance and Audits: Perform process audits, ensure compliance with IATF and VDA standards, and apply lessons learned.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience within the company, with a focus on Mechanical or Electronic engineering or equivalent.Experience in quality management / supplier quality management.Basic knowledge in audit methodology such as ISO 9001, VDA 6.3 & IATF 16949.
