Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and validation within databases, Knowledge of ETL tools
Monitoring logs/alerts, platform stability and performance tracking.
Production support (L2/L3), incident handling, RCA and preventive actions.
Support to Deployments, upgrades, patches, hotfixes, release coordination.
DB exposure: Oracle/PostgreSQL/SQL Server
Manage incidents and Problems effectively in Production Support along with release support
Hands -on L2 Application support experience, good to have US healthcare domain experience.
Good to have Prod support tools knowledge i.e Service Now,Splunk,Dynatrace.
Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends.
Should be a quick learner and upskill new technology based on project needs.
Should have effective communication skills.
Should be able to do root cause analysis within SLA.
Be proactive and understand the business functionality.Participate in code Walkover /Review meetings .Take the ownership of the tasks and need to work independently.Should coordinate with stake holders for any issue resolution as needed.Able to understand the complete workflow of the Application.Able to handle complex situations and reduce the business impact with minimum downtime.Create support documentation.Proactively identify any performance issues and recommend resolutionEnsure all incident tickets are resolved within SLA.
