Key Responsibilities: * Analyze large datasets to identify trends and business insights * Write advanced SQL queries using joins, CTEs, window functions, unions, and more * Translate business requirements into technical solutions (and vice versa) * Build and maintain Tableau dashboards * Deliver ad-hoc and recurring reports to support business decisions * Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and other analysts * Connect and integrate disparate data sources into a cohesive data library * Maintain dashboard quality, updates, and data integrity Typical Projects: * Measuring customer impacts from firmware deployments across devices * Analyzing connectivity issues like recurring Wi-Fi failures on specific hardware * Supporting engineering teams with KPI tracking and incident impact analysis * Creating self-serve dashboards for business stakeholders
