Job Responsibilities:

Desarrollar APQP con proveedores. Liberar PPAPs para ECR y nuevos componentes comprados. Participar en cambios de ingeniería con proveedores (nuevos proyectos). Implementar métodos de solución de problemas con proveedores. Disponer de piezas rechazadas en cuarentena por calidad. Coordinar contención de materiales defectuosos. Verificar vigencia de certificados de calidad de nuevos proveedores. Asegurar cumplimiento de MAFACT, VDA, IATF. Liberar nuevos proveedores (evaluación de calidad, procesos e instalaciones). Aprobar reportes IMDS. Cumplir con el sistema de gestión de calidad (IATF16949, ISO14001, MAFACT, VDA 6.3, TISAX). Mantener actualizado el IPRC de compras. Entregar información del proveedor/NP a SQA.
