**AS A SQA, YOU WILL:** + Define, implement, and maintain software quality assurance processes, policies, and standards. + Monitor compliance with internal software development processes (Agile, DevOps, SDLC) and recommend improvements. + Conduct software process audits to ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, CMMI). + Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to integrate quality best practices across the SDLC. + Ensure proper documentation of development processes, release protocols, and quality control measures. + Identify and track software process improvement opportunities and drive implementation initiatives. + Define and monitor software quality metrics (e.g., code quality, defect leakage, process compliance). + Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for recurring quality issues. + Support risk management and change control processes for software releases. + Provide training and support to cross-functional teams on quality assurance standards and compliance. **Required Skills** **REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. + Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role. + Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. + Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter). + Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. + Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Strong communication and teamwork abilities. **Requisition ID** : 25025413 Emerson is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
