Our people make us who we are, and we create incredible products and experiences that empower us to THINK OUTSIDE.** JOB SUMMARY: Senior Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, delivery, cost, and staff development objectives. They manage the processes of receiving, storing, controlling inventory, and delivering materials to the point of use, ensuring that resources and materials are available in a timely and efficient manner to operational areas. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Supervise and coordinate the processes of receiving, storing, controlling inventory, and delivering materials to the point of use. • Ensure proper inventory rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and the physical integrity of materials. • Guarantee inventory accuracy through cycle counts and internal audits. • Lead, train, and motivate supervisors and operational teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. • Allocate resources and workloads according to operational priorities. • Encourage the development and growth of area personnel. • Ensure compliance with industrial safety policies, use of personal protective equipment, and safe work procedures. • Ensure the implementation of storage practices that guarantee the preservation of materials and prevent damage or loss. • Coordinate with production, Planning, and other areas to ensure timely delivery of materials. • Resolve operational issues related to materials, deliveries, or inventory to avoid interruptions in operations. • Monitor and improve KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people. • Propose and implement initiatives for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency. • Ensure compliance with corporate procedures and standards. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree (emphasis in supply chain, general business or related) required. Master in Supply Chain or related field or Bachelor’s preferred 5+ years industry experience Results that demonstrate organization and drive Flexibility to lead projects with a variety of manufacturing disciplines Self-directed and motivated. Proven track record of improving processes and solving problems Previous experience leading supervisors and large teams. Solid knowledge of inventory control, ERP/WMS systems, Lean methodologies, and industrial safety.
