Today, we are looking for a Supervisor Digital Implementation & Channel Development to join our team in Tunisia.

 

This role is based in Tunis.

 

Your ‘day to day:

 

Coordinate with Digital Systems and IT Teams the deployment of digital infrastructure and strategies to assist with enabling and achieving an effective and cost-efficient customer acquisition and retention.Collaborate with all stakeholders to implement a comprehensive digital solution for both B2B & B2C, including all necessary workflows and deployment procedures. Assist with leading Talos front-end and follow up with back-end team to ensure the solution is always live and aligned with the in-call mission.Align with Data Insights and Analytics team the deployment of Talos reporting, which includes metrics related to field digital performance, and ensure that to accurately monitor these metrics to proactively make necessary improvements and adjustments. Consult with Selecting and managing agencies in collaboration with Procurement and Marketing teams, to ensure proper deployment of all validated consumer programs and initiatives.Develop a proper market intelligence process to monitor efficiently digital market trends and evolution.Lead the monitoring of related digital RTM and consumer projects and ensure we are properly tracking the progress against our KPIs targets to proactively implement accelerations and adjustments where needed.Consult with Managing budget and financial reporting related to the department while continually meeting financial and budget management objectives and complying with PMI policies and procedures.

 

Who we’re looking for: 

 

Graduate in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or any related field.Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Digital content, Tasking and Reward strategies.Ability to analyze Commercial financial data and prepare reports.Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.Solid experience in people management.Proficiency in English & French both written & spoken.
