Join a dynamic team in the oil and gas industry as an SPS Site Inspector, where you will play a crucial role in the development of subsea production systems. This full-time contract position in Celle, Germany, offers the opportunity to work on a fast-track project that promises significant investment and innovation in deepwater development.
Role Overview Work by anticipation to assess and identify risks for activities and manage associated mitigation actions. Establish and manage activities while motivating counterparts to meet project targets. Keep all parties informed regarding ongoing activities status and advise the SPS Package Manager on HSEQ related actions/decisions. Promote safety culture within the project and ensure compliance with HSEQ rules. Monitor, instruct, correct, and report working practices of contractors/subcontractors. Ensure compliance with Project specifications, safety, and environmental procedures. Participate in relevant meetings related to project reporting & progress, fabrication, operation, and more. Participate in routine and random inspections/audits/tests for all SPS equipment. Ensure timely delivery of equipment and promote QA/QC improvement. Skills & Qualifications QA/QC expertise in SPS or Subsea Production Systems. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of SPS Manufacturing and Subsea Controls (SCM, SCU, SPCS, TUTU, FL). Strong problem-solving mindset and solution-driven attitude. Excellent communication skills with a dynamic and motivated approach. Education & Experience Minimum of 10 years in the Oil & Gas Project in SPS manufacturing related matters. Graduation in Mechanical, Civil, Petroleum engineering or equivalent. Previous experience of auditing in a similar environment. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a QA/QC position.
