Job Title:Sprayer – Protective Coatings Location: Coventry Hours:Mon – Thurs (07:00 – 15:30) Fri (07:00 – 12:30). Duration: Permanent The Role Protective coating application – not cosmetic or Bodyshop spraying We are on the hunt for a Sprayer for Protective Coatings to join our manufacturing team, applying antioxidant and protective coatings to engineered aerospace components. This role is suited to candidates with industrial or protective spraying experience who are comfortable working to defined processes, specifications, and safety standards. Your focus will be on applying functional coatings that protect components and ensure long-term performance. Quality, consistency, and process control are critical. You’ll work as part of a team to ensure parts are processed efficiently, safely, and in line with production requirements.
