We are recruiting for a multi‑brand sportswear powerhouse working with elite sports teams, iconic brands and international retailers. We’re on the hunt for a Sportswear Apparel Designer with proven garment design expertise to join our tight‑knit, high‑performing creative team.

What you’ll be doing

Partner with the Head of Product and General Manager to take briefs from sports clubs and translate them into standout kit designs. Dive deep into club culture, locations, and fanbase history to create authentic, bespoke concepts. Present your ideas with confidence to clients — taking feedback, refining designs, and securing product sign‑off. Collaborate with the Senior Garment Technician and our supply base to bring your vision to life — from tech packs to product fittings. Work across multiple brands, balancing on‑field performance wear with commercial collections for global retail. Liaise directly with factories across the Far East, Europe, and the UK, keeping production timelines on track and quality standards high.

What you’ll bring

5+ years’ experience in the clothing industry across Product and Design. Proven skill in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Excel. Solid understanding of product construction, fit, materials, and production processes. Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders and external partners. A proactive, hands‑on approach — happy to turn your hand to every part of the design process.
