Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for developing the dynamic performance of supercars, covering the development, tuning, and calibration of key systems such as suspension, steering, braking, power, and aerodynamics;
2. Lead the resolution of comprehensive dynamic performance issues;
3. Responsible for improving the dynamic performance design methodology and development process;
4. Serve as a technical mentor, guiding team members to improve their professional skills and promoting the overall engineering capabilities of the team.
Job Requirements
1. Over 20 years of experience in dynamic performance development;
2. Experience in developing the dynamic performance of supercars for European OEMs, design companies, and/or racing teams, with relevant resources;
3. Proficient in vehicle dynamics theory, related component structure, design, and electronic control calibration;
4. Track driving ability and experience;
5. Independent experience in developing the dynamic performance of at least 3 commercially available models.
