Additional Information About the Role BJC HealthCare has a new role for a PT Sponsorship and Events Coordinator. This role focuses on ensuring the proper order, delivery, and functionality of all event materials. Responsibilities include working within our warehouse location packing and unpacking event orders (requiring the lifting of items like tents, weights, and boxes), and managing inventory and assets. 16 hours weekly- Monday or Friday and one other day during the week. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Supports the marketing team with logistics related to events, classes, activities, health fairs or sponsorships, for one or more of the following audiences - hospital employees, staff, physicians, patients, or the general public, to support goals of community engagement, business development, education, prevention, and/or employee appreciation and recognition. Responsibilities Fulfills requests for event materials and equipment, and works with vendors to coordinate giveaways and collateral support. Assists marketing team and internal departments/ or community partners to schedule events, classes, health fairs, employee celebrations and other activities aimed at boosting employee or community engagement, injury prevention, reputation/awareness. Assists department with promoting employee or community health fairs or special events and classes, via employee newsletters, flyers, screen savers, social media, traditional media, newsletters and other. Assists with on-site coordination and HSO representation at events, including communication with and collection of prospects for marketing database, with external events. Provide data entry for event measurement and post-event evaluation. Performs Other Responsibilities as Assigned Minimum Requirements Education High School Diploma or GED Experience
