What will I be doing?
\nAs Junior Sous Chef, you would be responsible for assisting with the direction and oversight of all culinary operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\n\n\tContribute to menu creation\n\tManage and train the kitchen brigade effectively to ensure a well-organised and motivated team\n\tEnsure consistency in quality of dishes at all times\n\tManage customer relations when necessary, in the absence of the Senior Sous Chef\n\tEnsure resources meet business needs through the effective management of working rotas\n\tSupport brand standards through the training and assessment of your team\n\tManage food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue\n\tKnowledge of activities in other departments and implications\n\tEnsure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards\n\n\n
