What will I be doing?

\n\n\n\t\n\tRetrieves orders from storeroom. Visually checks stock received against written requisition\n\n\twith storeroom personnel, to ensure order is accurate. Upon delivery to the bar, re-check\n\n\titems with bartender for completeness.  Saves empty liquor bottles as they accumulate for\n\n\tlater returns and requisitions. Assist Beverage Servers and Bartenders on running food to\n\n\tour guest. Assist Beverage Servers on cleaning and Bussing Beverage Servers tables.\n\t\n\t\n\tCuts, slices and peels perishable garnishes and fruits, mixes and pours juices in sufficient\n\n\tamounts according to projected business. Stores back-up supplies needing refrigeration in\n\n\tprescribed containers for later use. Responsible for racking, loading, and positioning appropriate glassware for each individual function.\n\t\n\t\n\tMaintains proper and adequate set-up and breakdown of portable bars and portable bar-backs\n\n\tin accordance with each banquet reception/ function; this includes stocking and putting away of\n\n\tall beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice, and\n\n\tproduce.\n\t\n\t\n\tMaintains cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigeration and storage areas to comply\n\n\twith health code standards. Includes sweeping, mopping and transporting of garbage\n\n\tweighing up to 100 lbs.\n\t\n\t\n\tScoops ice from ice bins, transports to service areas and replenishes ice containers for\n\n\tusage. Checks and assists bartender in maintaining adequate amounts of supplies, i.e. stir sticks,\n\n\tnapkins, matches, etc. for both the immediate bar and extended service areas\n\t\n
