Spirits Administrative Analyst

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting market research, analyzing sales trends, developing budgets, evaluating customer feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel and SQL.

 

Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Beneficial familiarity with data analysis tools like SQL and statistical software.

 

Position Responsibilities:  

The Administrative Assistant will provide support for IT, HR, and the wellness program by overseeing correspondence, managing filing systems, managing post on a daily basis, completing expense reports, and arranging business travel plans Prioritize conflicting needs, including employee engagement forums, employee townhall meetings, and handling time sensitive correspondence The Administrative Assistant schedules meetings for the leaders to keep them well-informed of upcoming commitments Other duties as assigned 

Required Education and qualifications: 

High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 3 plus years of office management experience  Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
