You’ll be:** - Operating and setting up **Electron Beam drilling machines** , CNC Lathes, Coating machines, and more to produce high-quality spinners. - Inspecting parts at each sequence to ensure compliance with **quality requirements** . - Maintaining part identification and entering production data in **Global Shop** on a daily basis. **This job might be an outstanding fit if you:** - Have a **minimum high school diploma** or equivalent and **1-5 years** of experience in an industrial production environment (CNC experience is a plus). - Have experience manufacturing multiple parts at high volume (CNC, injection molding, etc). - Must have experience setting up and process troubleshooting of their own machines. - Must be able to fine-tune a machine to overcome quality issues. - Have "quality at the source" experience where they own the quality of the parts they are making. - Are able to read, write, and speak English, and understand verbal and written instructions. - Possess strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively. **What happens next** Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
