SPF Facility Attendant
**Job Description** The C6 Facility Attendant will work under the Facility Manager. This position is responsible for inspecting and off-loading trucks, processing upstream fluids, performing general maintenance duties, generating truck tickets and reports, communicating regularly with drivers and supervisors, and performing general upkeep of the facility in a safe and efficient working manner and in compliance with government agency rules, regulations and laws. **Duties & Responsibilities** (Essential functions are identified in bold and italicized text below.) + **_Must work safely at all times._** + **_Perform accurate timekeeping in HR management system and submit on time per payroll deadlines._** + **_Ensure compliance with NGL safety policies and procedures and with government agency rules, regulations and laws._** + **_Inspect incoming loads for compatibility to facility equipment, off-load trucks at the C6 SPF and SWD daily in a safe manner._** + **_Communicate effectively and serve customers by providing appropriate feedback regarding product types and load rejections in a professional manner._** + **_Process upstream fluids utilizing facility process equipment, chemicals and automated systems._** + **_Conduct transport trailer washouts._** + **_Load processed solids into a side dump truck utilizing a front-end loader._** + **_Skim and transport oil to facility sales tanks._** + **_Prep oil and assist in sales to 3rd party oil buyers._** + **_Change filters inside filter PODS and dispose in the appropriate bins as necessary._** + **_Regular and punctual attendance and physical presence at the worksite is required._** + **_Follow company Lock Out Tag Out procedures when needed._** + **_Adhere to the company’s H2S safety dos and don’ts._** + **_Adhere to NGL safety policies and procedures._** + Clean/replace bag filters daily or as needed. + Open and close valves and bleed off plumbing and pumps. + Audit facilities and track via audit checklist, and troubleshoot issues as needed, keeping facilities safe, efficient, and fully operational. + Utilize on-site facility programming monitor to run on/off pumps and open/close motor operated valves. + Open and close thief hatches on top of tanks. + Manually gauge tank levels. + Dispose salt water into C6 Class II injection wells utilizing Positive Displacement Pumps. + Offload materials delivered to facility and store in designated areas. + Maintain the cleanliness and the upkeep of the facility, to include removal of hydrocarbons and debris from offload pad, tank farms, pump house, and maintain general housekeeping of office and rest rooms. + Assist NGL staff in tank cleaning operations. + Attend all safety meetings and training. + Identify equipment problems requiring immediate repair and report problems to the facility manager. + Inspect facility hourly and provide status reports to the facility manager. + Perform routine scheduled maintenance tasks. + Complete morning reports using Excel and submit in a timely fashion. **Position Qualifications** **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** + Dependable and trustworthy with a stable work history. + Capable of operating heavy equipment safely, to include front end loaders, skid steers, water trucks, and forklift. + Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills. + Demonstrated ability to maintain composure under pressure and be flexible and willing to modify plans and behavior when necessary, to include working overtime as necessary. + Demonstrated ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and/or holidays. + Demonstrated ability to use basic computer applications and software. + Proficient spoken and written English. + Demonstrated ability to work as team player and to be a positive, respectful representative of the Company both internally and externally. **Experience/Education** + Valid driver's license is preferred. + 2 years' oil and gas industry experience is preferred. + High school diploma / GED is preferred. **Travel** + Negligible travel required. **Physical Requirements** + The C6 Facility Operator must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to minimize exposure to hazards. + The C6 Facility Operator must constantly position, transport and/or move up to 50 or more pounds. On occasion moving over 50 pounds will be required. + While performing the duties of this Job, the C6 Facility Operator is regularly required to: + Stand; walk; move across large areas including uneven terrain, sometimes quickly; + Be stationary for long periods of time; + Work in tight or restrictive working spaces; + Ascend stairs or ladders, work atop tanks, traverse metal walkways at heights; + Balance with equipment and while moving large and/or heavy objects; + Use hands to finger, handle, or feel; + Reach with hands and arms above the head and to ground level; + Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl or otherwise reach into tight spaces; + Push and pull material and equipment from one place to another; + Communicate with and exchange information verbally and in writing; + Work using repetitive motion. + Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. + Work requires physical efforts associated with using the computer and phones to access information. **Working Environment** While performing the duties of this Job, the C6 Facility Operator is: + Occasionally in an office environment. + Occasionally exposed to work in high, precarious places. + Regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, fumes, and/or or airborne particles. + Frequently exposed to outdoor weather conditions, extreme cold, and/or extreme heat. + Frequently working with rotating and reciprocating equipment and moving mechanical parts, hand tools, and small to medium-sized power tool use. + Regularly exposed to non-toxic propane fumes or airborne particles. + Working frequently in high decibel environments. _This job description is not intended to describe in detail the multitude of tasks that may be assigned, but rather to provide the incumbent with a general sense of the responsibilities and expectations of his/her position.
